About us

Our story starts at a startup, where every product began as an idea and nothing else. We spent our days working out what to build, building it, and starting over when it was wrong. Somewhere along the way, we became friends.

Then AI tools arrived, and the two of us could suddenly build things that used to need a whole team. We took that into larger organizations and kept building together there.

This site is the next chapter: the tools we make, shared with anyone who needs them.

Why we built it

We've worked with executives for years. Scheduling was always the part of the job that hurt.

One meeting, five people, three timezones, calendars that don't show everything, and a reply that has to go out now. It takes minutes when it goes well and an afternoon when someone's clock changes that week.

So we built the tool we needed.

How it works

You decideEvery invite, edit and reschedule shows a before-and-after review first. SlotDesk can't delete or move other meetings.

Local time for everyoneEach proposal shows every person's own clock and the GMT offset for that exact date.
